Once you choose a service you want to consult on. Click on the price button, You will be taken to a dedicated calendar application to help you book a date and time.

Enter Details

Enter your name and email. In the box titled ‘Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting ‘Write down the service you are consulting about and the hours you wish to consult. You can choose between 1 or 2 hours; You can also share any additional info and concerns that you think may help prepare for our meeting.

Schedule Event

Once the event is scheduled I will reach out to you by email to confirm the session and to share payment options. Once you make payment, I will furnish you with a receipt and the consultation session will then proceed as agreed.

Consultation FAQs

Virtual or In-person Meetings?

Consultancy sessions can be either virtual or in person depending on the need and availability of the client.
In-person sessions are only available for clients in Nairobi, Kenya. In addition to the normal rate, in-person sessions attract additional logistic costs (Transport, drinks and/or food in a decent restaurant/location of the meeting to be agreed on by both parties)

Virtual Meeting Rules & Terms

Virtual meetings will have a 30-minute delay provision in which time the client can still join the meeting and proceed with the agreed time duration at no additional cost.
After a 30-minute to 1-hour delay, joining the meeting will attract a 30% additional cost on the original price or a reduction in the meeting duration by the time delayed.
After 1 hour, the meeting will be deemed to have been absconded by the client with no refund issued.

In-person meeting rules & terms

The location of In-person meetings will be agreed on by both parties.
The client will bear the cost of transport and meals (in a reasonable locale)
In-person meetings will have a wait time of 1 hour if the client does not arrive in that time. The meeting will be deemed to have been absconded by the client. No refund will be issued.

Website design and Management services

Due to the nature of this service. The client will schedule a free video or phone call session.
That call will help me understand their vision for their website and will enable me to share vital information necessary for website design and management.
Once a price has been reached, the client will make half the payment for the website as a down payment.
The remainder of the payment will be made when the website is ready at handover.

REFUND TERMS

Consultancy refunds will only be made in the event that I am not able to show up for a session.
If that is the case, I will communicate the same 3 days before the meet and suggest a postponement.
If the client doesn’t agree with the postponement. Then a full refund of their payment will be made.
A full refund will also be issued if a client decides to call off a session 3 days before the meeting.
Refunds will not be issued after a session, during a session or if a client decides to call off a session within 3 days to the meeting.
